Why don't I see a certain item in the store?
To help support Friendly Local Game Stores, newly released products are not added to our webstore immediately. Most new releases become available on our website a few weeks after their retail release.
I have a question about a product. How can I get an answer?

Can I order individual cards?
Yes! Our print-on-demand partners offer a variety of Malifaux Fourth Edition card products. WargameVault offers individual stat cards and Keyword bundles, while ForgeFire offers complete Keyword packs with additional international-friendly fulfillment options. We're continually expanding our print-on-demand offerings, so if you don't see what you're looking for today, check back again in the future.
I see that something I want is out of stock. When will it be available again?
Unfortunately, we're unable to provide exact restock dates, as manufacturing and shipping schedules can change. If an item is currently out of stock, use the Notify Me When Available button on the product page, and we'll automatically send you an email as soon as it's back in stock.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes! We ship to most countries around the world. Shipping availability may occasionally change due to carrier restrictions, local regulations, or international events. If your country isn't available during checkout, feel free to contact us, and we'll see if there are any alternative shipping options.
Who pays customs fees, if any?
International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping charges paid to Wyrd. If you believe customs charges were assessed incorrectly, you'll need to contact your local customs office, as we're unable to adjust or waive those fees.
Can you mark my order as a gift?
No. It is illegal to misrepresent the contents or value of an international shipment. We always accurately declare the contents and value of every package we ship.
How long does it take for shipping?
Most orders leave our warehouse within 2 to 5 business days. During major product releases, conventions, holidays, or large sales, processing times may be slightly longer. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your shipping method and destination.
Why isn't my tracking number for a delivery outside the US showing up?
Some international shipments are consolidated before leaving the United States, so tracking may not become active immediately. Tracking information typically begins updating within one to two weeks after fulfillment, though customs processing and seasonal shipping delays can occasionally make this take longer.
I placed my order yesterday, and I paid for overnight shipping. Why isn't it here yet!?
Order processing time is separate from shipping time. Expedited shipping affects how quickly the carrier delivers your package after it leaves our warehouse, but it does not reduce the time needed to process and pack your order.
Why didn't I receive Loyalty Rewards points?
Orders placed using Guest Checkout aren't connected to a Loyalty Rewards account, so points can't be awarded automatically. If you create an account using the same email address used for your order and contact us, we can generally apply the eligible points from that order to your account. Future purchases made while logged into your account will automatically earn Loyalty Rewards points.
Can I combine multiple orders?
If your orders haven't shipped yet, contact us as soon as possible, and we'll do our best to combine them into a single shipment. While we can't guarantee it's possible in every situation, we're always happy to check.
Where can I download my STL files?
STL files purchased through the Wyrd webstore are available from your account under My Downloads. If you purchased your files through another platform, they'll be available through that platform's library. If you're unable to locate your files or believe something is missing, please contact us, and we'll be happy to help.
Do you process returns?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are generally considered final. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or if there was an error with your shipment, please contact us, and we'll work with you to make it right.
What if there's an issue with my order?
If there's a problem with your order, please use the Contact Us page and include your order number along with a description of the issue. Photos are always helpful if an item arrived damaged or incorrect. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
I received the wrong item, or something is missing. What should I do?
Please contact us as soon as possible through our Contact Us page with your order number and a description of the issue. If applicable, include photos of the shipment and its contents so we can get everything sorted out as quickly as possible.
I have an issue with my metal or resin figure. What do I do?
We no longer manufacture or support our legacy metal miniatures or Terraclips products, so we're unfortunately unable to provide replacement parts for those items. If your issue involves a current product, please contact us, and we'll be happy to help.
I want to buy a gift card for someone special. What do I do?
We've got you covered! Waldo Gift Bucks are available under our Products section or through the footer of the website. They're a great way to let someone choose exactly what they want.
