  • Why don’t I see a certain item in the store?
    Once an item has been released, we do not sell it in our webstore immediately to encourage individuals to buy from any local game stores. That item will be listed in the store a few weeks after the release date.

  • I have a question about a product, how can I get an answer?
    Your best bet for getting answers is to check with your local game store. Often they have more information, and many stores have Henchmen who can help. If that is not an option, visit our forum and someone will be happy to assist.

  • Can I order individual cards?
    No, there is no way to purchase individual cards or to trade in old cards for new cards.

  • I see that something I want is out of stock, when will it be available again?
    We cannot give a specific answer to this question, as it depends on numerous factors. Please continue checking back with us, and make sure to check your local game store!

  • Do you ship outside the US?
    Yes, we ship internationally.

  • Who pays customs fees, if any?
    You will be responsible for any and all customs fees, they are not included as part of the shipping price.

  • Can you mark my order as a gift?
    No, it is illegal to misrepresent what we’re sending. We will always appropriately and accurately label any packages we send.

  • How long does it take for shipping?
    It will be 3 to 5 business days after you order before the product leaves our warehouse. When it leaves, you will receive an e-mail that informs you that it has shipped and has any tracking information. We do not know how long it will take to reach the final destination, as different locations have different processes and delivery times. Sometimes it may take a good amount of time, depending where you live and other factors.

  • I placed my order yesterday and I paid for overnight shipping, why isn't it here yet!?!
    Order processing does NOT equate to shipping time. It may take us several days to process your order, and then it will be shipped in the manner you indicated. 
  • Do you process returns?
    No, all sales are final.

  • What if there’s an issue with my order?
    You can use the Contact Us feature of our website to address any issues. Please give ample time for the package to arrive before contacting us.

  • I have an issue with my metal or resin figure, what do I do?
    We no longer sell or support last edition’s metals (or Terraclips). This means we do not have the ability to send you a replacement part if something is missing. We apologize for any inconvenience.
